    Weird bubbling sensation.

I had to take a Xanax cause I felt like an attack was kicking up and I noticed something new. A bubbling feeling like in the middle of my chest underneath what feels like my right lung area. It's the oddest feeling. Feels like a palpitation but it's on the entire wrong side. o.o

Anyone get something like this during a panic attack? Maybe it's just dinner disagreeing with me, I have no clue. Since I got my diagnosis today, I think I'm just freaking out at every little thing. X.x I don't often get new stuff, but maybe cause I'm more worried today than other days?

I had that bubble in my chest for a while also. That was my main complaint when I would go to the docotr and then he would give me a sedative and it would go away. I hated that bubble. I couldnt even describe to a doctor when they would ask me how I felt. All I can tell you is to remember to breathe the right way and try and relax when it comes. It will go away. Take care.
