New Years Resolutions Whats Yours?

my new years resoltuion is to be brave and to get over my anxiety before it takes over my life. I'm fed up being a moan, when there is people in world ten times worst of than i'll ever be. whats the point in worrying about something that may not happen . Im sitting today wandering do i have the flu or do i have health anxiety, i can't tell the difference because i think i'm always sick

God grant me the strength to change the things I can change,
The serenity to accept the things I cannot change,
And the wisdom to successfully hide the body parts of those who p**s me off!!!

My new years resolution is to take control of my health anxiety instead of letting it continue to control me.

We all waste way too much time worrying about things that never happen tomorrow and not enjoying today.

We have to start enjoying the todays before we are 90 and the tomorrows run out and we have wasted all our yesterdays!!

Hmmm i think I might try not to actually get any of the health complaints I constantly worry about, so that means trying to exercise, eat well, lose weight and be happy
