Hi,
I've had anxiety attacks for a long time and this September I had an episode of panic disorder, and I am still coping.

However, my routine - something that matters so much to me, with my anxiety, as my Mum has got a job and is out of the house from 9am-4pm. I am so happy for her, but I am at home a lot - i'm a student - and its only the second day and I can feel the nerves coming, and I am scared of getting new triggers from this, and becoming like I was before.

Please help.
