Does anyone experience waking up in the nght in a cold sweat???

For the past week i have been waking up in the middle of the night in a cold sweat. I have bee taking sertraline for depression for over a year, but i dont know why im waking up like this? has anyone experienced this? how can i overcome this?

I've been experiencing this recently too, however, I'm not sure if it's a symptom of depression (which, I suffer from) or a symptom of a cold! I'm not taking any medication (yet) for depression.
