Bach's rescue remedy ???

Hiya folks,

Just wanted to ask if any one had tried this and how it worked for them.

I hate taking any sort of pills or medicine, so am very worried about taking this.

My husband has just been to boots to buy it for me, im going to a funeral on monday and just wanted some thing just incase things go abit panicky.

Ive used it a lot, plus the pastilles are good too. It doesnt make you feel odd or spaced out. It just seems to calm things down to a more manageable level. Give it a go, it works for some not for others.

I also use it regulary when I'm feeling panicky like in a traffic jam or supermarket. I think its great.
You really should try it and see, its a comletely natural remedy.

Thanks blackberry, i have tried it tonight, ive been worrying a bit today over a swollen gland in my neck/jaw. But i had a squirt, and seriously, i just feel calm enough to actualy sit worrying. I certainly dont feel like i will become panicky anyway.

Hi Sarah,

I also use rescue remedy to help calm me. I taken medication too and never had any adverse effects. I sometimes put 4 drops in a small glass of water and sip it.
I keep some in my bag just in case!
