Hi all. I never new websites like this existed! Just reading and knowing that I am not alone helps a lot.

I am eldest son of large family and have always been the rock that everyone else relied on. However recently on an overseas business trip (October) I suffered a panic attack and since that moment on I have felt that I have been living a nightmare.

Reading other people posts really helps put things into perspective and I look forward to becoming an active member.
