Increasing SLOWLY??? Side affects??

Ok i want to know if you start on a low dose
(im on 8mg) then increase slowly will i still get the side affects???

has anyone increased really slow to avoid side affects???

I started on 10mg for four days and then went to 20mg after four days and didn't really get any side effects beside feeling a bit tired and yawning a lot. My doctor mentioned before Christmas that higher doses work better with anxiety and that she will probably put me up to 40mg. Last night I took 40mg to see what it would do and a glass of red wine. I feel fine, no side effects whatsoever.

HI ,IM NOW ON 30MG .ISTARTED ON 10 AND HAD DREADFUL SIDE EFFECTS FOR 3WEEKS.I HAVE UPPED MY DOSE BY TAKING 5MG FOR AWEEK THEN UP AGAIN BY 5MG FOR THREE WEEKS.THEN DID THE SAME AGAIN.ISTILL GOT MILD SIDE EFFECTS FOR 2 WEEKS BUT HARDLY NOTICEABLE TO BE HONEST.DONT SEE THE POINT IN SUFFRING IF I DONT HAVE TO,ITS TAKEN LONGER, BUT I FEEL REAL GOOD AT PRESENT.GOOD LUCK SUE

I got side effects every time I upped my dose...started on 10mg and now I am on 40mg.I took 11 weeks to reach the 40mg and had recurring side effects with every increase...

That said they finally worked and i now feel great...so worth the pain!!
