I had this conversation with sarah last week, as i hate t but did wonder what its like but she said it doesnt really taste like tea, i will try as i have heard so many people praise it

as a avid user of herbal teas for more years then i can rem lol camomile tea is excellent for anytime use.it calms me down a lot and always have a cup before bed.wheter it medically works or not im not sure but my body seems to think it does so good enough for me
