Was just reading a health supplement that was sent to me, and Serenity was mentioned for anxiety/panic. Also pms which i suffer from quite badly. Has onyone heard of it, or even tryed it.

I havent heard of that one Pauline, what does it contain? Bach Rescue Remedy is quite good as is Kava Kava (but this is only available in America at the moment, you can order online though).
