    UKlad,

Cece's advice is real good on here. I hope you have taken to the exercises and are finding success. Let everyone know and I am open for any questions if you have any

    Hi UKlad and Cece,

How are you both doing? (this may be a dupicate question for you Cece as I just asked on another thread)
Life is going really well for me now. I hope you are both feeling good too.

It has worked out well. I only do the TEA forms two or three times a week now with no noticeable increase in anxiety. I truly believe my brain reacts like a TEA form automatically 90% of the time now
I hope everyone else is feeling great too!
