3 weeks-now feeling withdrawn? HELP!

Has anyone felt like this...i dont really suffer depression more anxiety/panic,
i had all the side affects from the meds really bad anxiety,shaking etc.., now 3 weeks on ive started to feel withdrawn/depressed sorta feeling, i had my friend here yesterday and she could tell i wasnt "right" i felt really weird tierd, weak and just not in the mood, this started last week and now im getting worried as its going on and on.
Is it normal ???
i thought i should be feeling better not worse or is it a stage on the meds??

please someone reply cuz im really worried

absolutely.the anxiety is making me low for sure, as it's stopping me from being able to 'move forward'.

3 weeks on you can still get side effects - try and persevere and try and keep busy and do speak to friends etc - if you dont feel right afyter 6 weeks go back to gp but 3 weeks is still early days
