My name is Ben from Lancashire.
I suffer from a fear of being sick...i have recently been prescribed Beta Blockers to help me cope with my panic attacks. Hypnotherapy will be the next step (as soon as i can pluck up the courage to start them)
To be honest, i would find it comforting to speak to someone on MSN if this is possible?

Hypnotherapy is great for relaxation etc and can cure many problems.
