Anyone from Twickenham/Middlesex/Surrey area?

Hi

Any people like to arrange to meet/walk in the park/ have a coffee(decaff- of course!). I have looked at posts in similar area but these are from 2007!

I'd like to chat to anyone who understands how anxiety, social anxiety, GAD and panic attacks can rule your life. As I'm currently on sick leave, I am free in the day at the moment. I'd like to build up a network of friends as this can be so isolating.
