I,ve been noticing my irregular heart beat for about 8 years. drs have done loadsof ECGs but say its normal. Its not just like the odd missed beat though..more like a totally irregular heart which is followed by an adrenalin surge and me panicing.
Sometimes i notice these when i turn my neck round..
Should i bother the dr again?? I have a baby daughter so i need to be healthy!

You've just described what I go through - sometimes just lifting my arm can give me palpitations! The adrenaline rush and panic suggest that it is definitely related to anxiety. I just had a really scary one last night, where my heart was fluttering so much that I didn't know if it would ever go back to normal!
I think that you're OK. You've had the ECG's done several times and everything has been normal. Plus, you've had this for 8 years. If it was something heart related, it would have shown up by now.
If you really feel uncomfortable about it, definitely let your doctor know and they can give you a 24 hour monitor that will record these "episodes". Maybe that will put your mind at ease.
