I heard something on the radio today that made me laugh so I thought I'd share as it's anxiety connected.
Evidently they've carried out a study on dreams and nightmares. Scientists have discovered that women tend to suffer more nightmares than men because they process their emotional problems while they're sleeping. The nightmares will most often surface in the form of their worst fears and worries.
Men on the other hand tend to dream more than suffer nightmares. The male radio announcer then said "You don't need me to tell you what they dream about!"
Well, I thought, that explains why even when I can't remember my dreams, every morning I always wake with a certain part of me in a frustrated physical condition!!! I'd rather suffer the nightmares!!!
