Does anyone else get this? Its mainly my right leg muscles seem to spasm and lock up - it almost feels like they're made of stone. Obviously the more I worry or think about it the worse it gets. It starts like sciatica but ends up like this. I also have joint pain when I get this feeling. I had it for the first time about 3 weeks ago and stupidly googled muscle spasms which returned illnesses I'd rather not have!!

I have had that all today, I also have tmj it's all related to holding yourself rigid with stress.
When I was a child I caught a fleeting glimpse, out of the corner of my eye, I turned to look and it was gone............

aw I know it sounds horrible but I'm so glad you have it too! Sorry! what do you do to get rid of it?

Well, I find it passes the leg stuff anyways, the tmj and other spasms I have other reatment for, I hope it has eased for you....
