Big Hopes 4 Myself After Today!!

Hi all, just wanted to do a quick post after today iv had the most positive day iv had in months!! As some of u may know iv been suffering with panic attacks and had a driving phobia since well b4 xmas.I am really pleased as today i decided 'ok im gonna go for a drive'! and yes i did...i got in the car and i drove and drove and drove..just kept going forever!! it felt fantastic..no panic i waited and waited for it but it never came..The people who are querying starting on any meds i just wanted to say i am having great success with the citalopram..the difference in myself is huge..it really is....my family say they cannot believe the change. I appreciate i have a long way to go but im in a good place at the minute..im thinking and feeling positive and its helping my recovery i know it is...

just wanted to post this info, and hope people will take something good from it..
we all have the potential to recover...i just know it!!

You should be very, very proud of yourself. A lot of people don't realise that medication can be the making of someone and only see the negative side.
