Hi my names Jo. I'm new here and eager to speak with others who are experiencing similar problems as me.
I have been signed off work for almost a year now due to a nervous breakdown that left me with extream anxiety.
The breakdown was casued by alcahole and drug abuse but while i can say i have been clean and sober since october 10th 2007 i'm still suffering from the anxiety.
I have recently started taking citilapram 10mg so i'm hoping that this will give me the ability to get my life back on track.
There is so much i want to do with my life, life is precious.
