IBS ??

Hi All

Just a quick post.
Does any body know if you can get IBS but not get the runs or constipation?
I was told I had this years ago but obviously Im wondering!

I get pain, bloating, wind and urinary frequency and tiredness.

I've got all of the above and don't have regular bouts of the runs or constipation. I've just got a sluggish bowel where I only go once every 3 or 4 days. If you've not got any other symptoms such as blood when going to the toilet or weight loss then it does sound a lot like IBS. You could try IBS Group site that I'm a member of and that has a lot on IBS

I have I.B.S, and i was told by a nurse I went to see who specializes in this that, I.B.S affects anything from the mouth right through to the anus. Symptoms range can include; belching (wind) indigestion, griping pains in bowel, spasm, loose bowel movements,wind,constipation,the runs,mucus mixed in with the stools- all these symptoms very normal with I.B.S. There are other symptoms too.
