hi nanny i dont mind at all ive been taking 150mg at night for about a year now , no weight loss if anything ive put it on , what dose do you take and does it work for you ,

I take 200mg each night and been on them about 18 months, it does help me, for depression and to help me sleep but i have lost lots of weight and i thought maybe it could have been them, i have had a lot of stress this last year so maybe thats it. The tablets i find hasn't helped with my anxiety at all but i suffer with severe anxiety and doubting anything will help me.
i know that is a negative way of thinking but i have been like it so long i have given up.
