Yesterday and today I've had this horrible and strange feeling in my arms and feet. It started yesterday from my elbow to my hand on the right arm but now i feel it in my feet too. Its like electricity pulsing through them - Anyone else ever get this and what is it?

Yes I have had this a lot - its just another anxiety symptom that will fade with time. Mine has done and I dont get it at all now.
