Hello all,
im new here, i have been lookin around the site and i have already read loads that has helped me out.
I have been suffering with panic attacks for the last 5 months, and its been a nightmare, all my doctor wants to do is give me a hand full of pills and get me out the door.

The realisation that my body and mind could act together in making me feel so
horriffic has taken a huge toll on my life, reading some of your stories and seeing the support available shows me im not alone and that we are all in the same boat in one way or another.

I to have had a few panic attacks and they are just horrific and scary. You will get lots of help and advice on here.
