Advice for self hypnosis

Hi everybody!

I am still new to this website but I already feel better from reading all the posts and knowing that I am not alone and that everyone is SO supportive!

I am suffering from a fear of swallowing and have become very anxious when I have to eat so I thought I would try some self hypnosis. Does anyone know any good CD's that could help me?
