ok last week i had a bit of a sore throat its gone on for a while, anyways today i had a pain in my ear like a pin prick then a shooting pain in the left side of my head. obviously i panicked, it keeps going and coming back, ive been taking pain killers since 4pm when they wear off it come back. i just sat her had a pain and i went really dizzy, i think yeah ok it could be anxiety but what if its not! it hurts. now im wondering is it or is it not? [xx(]

I quite often get shooting pains in my head. They really scared me at first until I found out that others get the same things. It is just caused bt anxiety so please don't worry..

i keep having hot flushes and i feel sick too, its scaring me

They're all normal symptoms of anxiety Kimmy - I've had them at at some point..
