never thought i was suffering from depression..

always thought my self a strong outgoing personality..

didnt realise i was replaceing my emotions with only one emotion..anger/aggression

this has affected my marriage considerbly.

i always thought people who were suffering from depression were all suicide downers.

how wrong i was

yes !its indiscriminate in who it affects ,a lot of us felt like you!never thinking we were the type of people to get such a terrible ilness,but you will recover ,and youll learn a lot about yourself.Your not on your own here ,theres always someone whos done what you did ,thought like you did ,and whos felt like you do.
