Burst of adrenaline with palps

Whenever i get a flutter/big thud etc, i get this huge burst of adrenaline rush through my body making me jump up in fright and ready to run (no idea where too). I also get a hot sweat with it as well. Anyone else get this?

I get this all the time.
I was at my GP this morning annoying him as I do about my ectopics and I also get sinus tachycardia too.

He explained to me....again that nearly everyone gets ectopics at some point in their lives. Some notice them others don't. Once we become hyper aware of them and worry about them all the time and when we are anxious or stressed our body releases chemicals(I can't remember them all) one of which is adrenaline into our system and the ectopics are made worse by the adrenaline as is the sinus tachycardia.
Once we focus on these things they will get worse and he reckons if I can get the anxiety under control then the heart issues will go.
I have had all the tests and have been told my heart is healthy and the ectopics and tachycardia benign.
I still struggle to accept this but have to get a handle on it or it will consume everything.
Googling the symptoms makes us more stressed and worried to (I have been told by my GP to stop if I want to sart getting better)
