I had two sessions with a Hypnotherapist.

In my opinion it is a waste of time, however I personally know people who rave about it.

I guess it works for some, but not with others.

hi all,ive had hypnoanalysys it was £45 an hour,ive had a couple of sessions,i was thinking it was going to get rid of my anxiety and panic attacks and i would be cured, but no i dont think there is a quick fix,anyway what it done for me was it helped to get some emotions out from the past that id been bottleing up and it also helped me link together why i feel anxious about certain thingd for example:
when i started going on holiday abroad when i was about 13,things kept happening everytime i was away
once i went away my mums boyfriend left her and she told me it was my fault,second time i went away my brother who has epilepsey was taken ill into hospital,i went away again when i was 15 and when i got back i found out my ex boyfriend had died in a car crash,so after that everytime i would go abroad i would panic the whole time but didnt see the connection betwwen the bad things that were happening everytime i go away.
he also helped me link lots of other things together but id be here all day telling you about them
