    worried about blood clots

I've had health anxiety since I got pregnant with my second child 4 months ago. It started has anxiety about my heart, I was having panic attacks daily(several in a day) and I was worried that i was going to cause myself to have a heart attack. Today I woke up and my leg felt funny. My arm also felt funny. it's not a pain, it's more of a muscle cramp, numbness feeling. I slept on my side all night and I know that's probably what it's from but i can't convince myself of this 100%. If I had a blood clot wouldn't it be excruiating pain and not just a little discomfort? I know being pregnant puts me at a greater risk, i guess that's why I'm scared. My veins on that leg are a little more noticeable than the others on my other leg. i also have a spot on my thigh that is tender, but not hot or red. It just feels like a bruise but there isn't a bruise there.
