im having councelling on a wednesday atm ,she is very nice but i dont think its doing me any good so far, but she is going to introduce cbt into it, so ill have to see i guess but im not holding my breathe

one councillor just sat there! i might as well have paid a wall!
my councillor is compassionate! caring, happy, motivational, offers advice, helps me make connections between my emotions, past experiences and how i am now.
really she is the best! you deserve the best too!
so don't settle for a heartless robot! that's just out for your money
