Hi Everyone,
Here is a list of the things that help me stay calm. I wanted to post them because I've found them really useful. Hope it helps. Would love to hear other peoples tips......
1) Bergamot essential oil uplifts mood and calms (put a few drops on a pillow or mix with a base oil and use as a massage oil) really helps me.
2) A foot massage! (especially with bergamot massage oil) Some believe that the feet are linked to your major organs and massage of the feet helps stimulate them and control your body. I am not a big believer in alternative therapy but this one really does work for me.
3) Maybe not advisable but i'm being honest here.... If it's a really bad panic a nip of whisky really helps me.
4) A hot water bottle on the back of the neck and lower back, or try a microwave pillow, I have a lavender scented one thats really great.
Well thats it... apart from.. try to focus on something that makes you happy! I think about the pekingese pup I want to get!
