Stomach ache

I've had stomach ache for weeks now. Going to the toilet doesn't ease it. When I go to the toilet its quite loose but I only ever go in the morning. I have lower back pain with it as well. The stomach ache is constant though just above the pubic region. I also need a wee all the time.
Have had blood, urine and stool tests and all ok. Still worried I have cancer.

sounds to me like could be IBS. I started pretty much same as you, had tests, all normal. Docs booked me in for a colonoscopy, which, yes aren't the nicest things in the world but it diagonsed for what it is (I knew it was IBS) My advice would be get back to docs, ask them about IBS & other stomach conditions & ask if can have a test at the hosp done. I very very very much doubt it is cancer. If they had any inkling of that then they would realise & book you in for test straight away. PM me if you want to talk about IBS.
