Bubbling in chest

Was just sitting at the computer working, no worries or stress, when overcome by bubbling sensation in chest. Immediate panic and thoughts it is my heart so heart started racing. After probably only seconds stopped and I am absolutely fine. Don't know what started it. Sure its panic but why then and also keep thinking what if not panic and there is something wrong. Please someone put my mind at rest.

could of been just flutters or maybe some acid refux? i wouldnt worry too much about this...i get that alot myself...wish ya well....linda

same thing happend to me today! I was sitting at work & suddenly this warm/bubbling sensation in my chest. I think this is only muscle spasms, and because I had it million times before, I forgot about it in two seconds.
