Most say it's benign, but like most things, seen in an increased number of HIV patients.
It's constant for me and I really struggle. Wasn't there before...now it is.

Well it doesn't look that serious to me. It says....
Although geographic tongue may look alarming, it doesn't cause any health problems and isn't associated with infection or cancer.
Didn't see anything about HIV though and you have been tested so you will be fine.
