benzo ?

how long has everyone here been on their benzo (ativan, xanax, klonopin, etc) and what dose out of curiousity?
also if you are no longer on them how long did you take them and was it ok stopping?
i have been on .05 ativan for almost a year now and i do not even think it really helps but i am not doing so good right now so i am afraid to make any changes as far as stopping.

i have klonopin from gp,supposed to have 0.5mg 3xa day but somedays im ok and dont have nout,other days if ive got loads to do i will have 3mg-never had more than 3mg in the 4 years ive been on it.
maintenance dose on this med is like 12mg so i consider mine a low dose.

got valium around the house as well,15mg may do the trick for a few hours.

on the subject of benzos,i see there is a prog on uk tv(living channel) about victoria sellers who is addicted to xanax etc-its on this week i will be interested to see it.
