My brain feels like it is vibrating again, and with electrical pulses running through it. It is making me dizzy and my head feel sore. Anyone relate??

Yes!!! I had this a few weeks ago it was terrifying. I still do not know what caused it, but I'm putting it down to neck strain and hyperventilation.

Technically that's how your brain works lol, but if it's causing you problems, a "buzzing" feeling is usually caused by tiredness, a migraine or a tension headache.
Tension headaches can be painful and unpleasant cos they are stronger and more persistent than ordinary headaches. Ibuprofen is by far the most effective thing for them. However always read the label before taking medication etc etc
