Panic attacks started in 1992. 1998 i became agoraphobic which lead into being room bound. Couldn't even get upstairs. 2002 i started getting better, able to drive and work. 2005 i became house bound again. 2009 i have been making SLOW progress, still not able to go anywhere alone, but my journeys are getting longer. No where near 'normal' but at least i can go out.
I would suggest posting a book recommendation in either the 'hot tips' section or under 'misc.' section.
To do a poll click on the 'post reply' button as the quick reply doesn't give the option for a poll.
After you have added your title, and the content of your post, scroll down and you will see a 'post a poll' option.
You check the box and select how many possible options you want.
Click post reply and you will be taken to the screen where you enter your poll questions and what you want to name the options.
Don't worry about all the options at the bottom unless you want to close the poll after a certain number of days.
Click submit new poll and you are done
If you want you can try one out on the test forum.
Just let me know if you get stuck and I'll walk you through it.
