Hi I'm Blair, 24 years old and started having anxiety almost 6 months ago. In this time I have had 2 panic attacks, feeling short of breath, finding it hard to swallow and generally having this anxious cloud suffocating my brain.
I take St Johns Wort and although it seemed to help for a while the panic is starting to come back a bit. Going to see the doctor again soon to see what he recommends.
This seems like a great place to come and read positive stories and it makes me feel a lot better to read them.
I used to go out all the time and I love going to gigs and pubs but recently I've had to calm it all right down but I'm only 24 and I'm determined to get my life back to the way it was before.
