I'm new to the board...

I suffer greatly from hypocondria, also bouts of nervous depression and anxiety.

I hope these boards will help me through my problems.

I find great comfort in music when im down and worried, especially morrissey and the smiths

An I also find music helps too! I rarely don't have music on around me, singing and drumming helps me enormously at times - hate the quiet, lol.
