My very last hurdle - I think I've done it !
Finally, I'm able to sleep throughout the night for 7 hours !! This is amazing for me, because I was pretty used to only sleeping for 4hrs max and that was if I was lucky! This was obviously causing me problems and prolonged my Anxiety.
I really never thought that my caffine intake would make such a difference, because I didn't think I drank much caffine . But I've switched both tea & coffee over to decaf, have also cut out alcohol altogether and the results are amazing !
This was my last hurdle that I needed to tackle, I haven't slept for 7hrs for years !!!! I can't believe how simple it was. Just goes to show how these habits really do affect us.
I now think i'm free, I'm so happy .
