    Thanks Pamii and everyone who messaged me. I will be in touch shortly.

    Since the issues have been resolved I am going to stay on NMP but I am going to start a new, shorter thread which kind of summarises this one. It will be in the general anxiety forum. It's going to be a kind of anxiety survival guide. Hopefully it will be quite useful especially to new members of the site who are struggling to understand how anxiety works.

    Good to hear that you have decided to say, Poet. Even with being on the road to recovery, you'll still have plenty to offer if you choose to. Can understand that it might get a bit over-whelming at times, but that's down to the success of your main couple of threads. Top work young man.
