Live your life each day as you would climb a mountain. An occasional glance towards the summit keeps the goal in mind, but many beautiful scenes are to be observed from each new vintage point
i suffer really bad with health anxiety.. had some cbt which is dead helpful but something like this is great for when the anxiety kicks in!!! its a awful thing to suffer, and reading peoples symptoms on here i realise im not on me own!!!
