    Self conscious of "seeing"

I think this is how i knew my anxiety was back in the first place. And it snowballed out of control from then on. Iwas going to work and all of sudden became aware of everything seeing. I know we are aware of sight but not consciously if u know what i mean. It just won't go away . Last night whilst watching tv i suddenly had an awful feeling and so real that my eyes had gone and left with empty sockets. I know it sounds barking but its so real. You get so down with anxiety because it goes in circles one symptom to another then back again. Any ideas people Thankyou.

    Hi suzuki

I think when we are anxious any bodily function gets overly concentrated on and at the moment yours is your eyes.

When your general anxiety levels start dropping so will this particular worry. Perhaps work on some relaxation techniques. I love Glenn Harrold cd's for relaxation and the people I've recommended them to say the same. Worth a thought!

    Love Piglet
