ummm cant get ino to chat . Help please

Hi all, having trouble gettin into chat room for ummmm bout 2 wks now not to sure if its somthing im doing wrong, anyway i sign in click on chat room agree to terms and then loading logo image cums up and thats it no matter how long i wait nothing happens so any advice wud be great, im using IE , Windows xp ummmm not sure of anyother info to give. iF its too complicated then its ok as i am the true meaning of computer dummie as iv never had a comp until 3 mths ago so eh lol anyway thanks in advance

oooops Nicola sorry ummmm yes im nearly sure that pop ups are blocked i rely heavely on my partner wen it comes to the computer as i have no knowledge of them but i do now that he did tell me he blocked them as they caused problems on his own computer i will check again on the email and if i find it i will reply with my new email adress hope this is ok and thank you
