Where does your IBS affect you?

Where are you affected with your IBS? How does it affect you? How do you cope?
It would really help me to know.

I get really constipated,bloated,indigestion and trapped wind.Aches and pains under my ribs and back.

I have just started taking antispasmotics from my gp and fybogel,which is starting to help.Anxiety does not help the symptoms,makes it worse.

hello i have the opposite i have bad bad pains under my ribs and upset tummy most of time but sometimes constipation! im only 19 and i feel horrible does anyone have any tips to cope!
