how safe is diazepam?

Hi guys,

I suffer from ocd and anxiety which has suddenly started to flare up around my boyfriend. i'm scared that i'll reveal things that will ruin our relationship.

the anxiety got so bad that i wasnt eating and constantly feeling sick, so i restarted taking 20mg citalopram about a week ago and the doc prescribed me up to 20mg diaz a day if needed. im only taking 10, but they work so well im scared to come off them. how long can i take them for before im in danger of becoming addicted?

recommended 2-4 weeks.

If you use them sparingly (once/week) you could use them forever with little to no risk.

Everyones body chemistry slightly differs- Ive used them for years without a problem, others aren't so lucky.
