fearfighter.com the NHS website for anxiety/depression/phobia

Hi everyone, the NHS now has an online program backed up with phone calls and group meetings for anxiety, depression and phobias.
If you contact your GP you can be referred to cbt specialists who will show you how to use this online system designed using cbt and behavioual psychology.
