I have been having a really good few months and haven't felt the need to visit the site but the last few days I am having another blip, had a massive panic attack at 6 this morning and ended up starting the day being sick with it, my depression is bad and I feel really ill with the anxiety, I just need a few words of encouragment and some hugs please.

lily treat it exactly like that a blip and concentrate how good the last few months were and surely they will return longer next time
Live your life each day as you would climb a mountain. An occasional glance towards the summit keeps the goal in mind, but many beautiful scenes are to be observed from each new vintage point
