    Bach Flower Remedies

Does anybody else use these to help when you are out and about and feeling panicky? I do! The Rescue Remedy is the one I carry with me everywhere, and if you feel panicky or anxious, a few drops on your tongue and a minute later you feel more ressured. It doesn't stop you panicking, but it helps a teeny tiny bit.

I like it because its natural, and you can't overdose on it, and it has no side affects whatsoever. I don't take anything for my anxiety and panic attacks, even though I have been pressured to take Beta Blockers (I refused)

I did once take a valium, and I freaked out at the 'wading through mud' sensation. I am hyper sensitive to anything 'messing' with me. I hate taking pills.

If you've never heard of the Bach Flower remedy range, give it a try

I use rescue remedy religiously. I find it works really well and quite often seems to calm me down in seconds.
