You would do well to wear some support tights to help with the blood flow.

They won't be clotting, its a more difficult journey back from the legs for the blood but not dangerous.

A clot only forms when there is very slow blood flow like on a plane whenyou don't move for hours , so when you're standing try to wiggle your legs and move from side to side and tense and relax teh muscles and that is all you'll need to do.

    hi Taylor - welcome
I have had both varicose veins and a blood clot in my right leg so I kind of know the difference.
Varicose veins are only found in the surface veins they are not deeper down where blot clots form. They can be from standing alot, being overweight, or even from hormonal changes.
Also I have been taking a few vitamins and stuff to help with mine and it has made some of they disappear.
This is what I take :
Vitamin C - 2000 - 4000mg daily This keeps veins and capillaries strong and healthy.
Butcher's Broom helps strengthen blood vessels
    Gotu Kola helps improve circulation
Witch Hazel applied topically helps sooth painful legs
Also if you are worried about blood clots my doctor suggested Vitamin E - 400 IU - Vitamin E has been shown to reduce the risk of blood clots.
Hope this helps - sorry it's so long :(
