Re: What's do you do for Panic Attacks & Agoraphobia?
I wanted so bad to vote as "I talk to someone about it" as I think it would help me alot. The problem is, i don't think I know a single person in real life who is suffering from the same panic/anxiety as I am, so they have absolutely no idea how it feels. When I try to explain it I just feel crazier, and I think it's pointless because there's no way they could possibly know unless it's happened to them. It's horrible.
